Creativity is a key element of development as it is linked to societal concerns in paving ways to progressive actions, it helps society to access itself for the betterment of the common good. It is not limited to art alone but extended to different sectors of life and human activities, for societies need to recreate and assess themselves in order to both think and rethink for a brilliant future. In form of art making and other makings creativity bring people together in interactivity and help rethink existential concerns that are universal as it put in doubt already existing structures in paving new ways of thinking.

Modern technology and information flows, interactivity and interconnectivity has eased communication within new networks : internet, email, blogs, websites, Facebook, mobile phones, YouTube etc. In these current trends of globalization we find ourselves beyond borders without boundaries, so the understanding of contexts and facts are paramount to tackle universal matters.

It is important for artists to develop an artistic vocabulary that is capable of reaching far beyond our geographic artificially designed political, economical and cultural spaces. As creativity translates thinking into effective results depending on the very expected results ( positive or negative ). Artists lives in societies with similar universal concerns and issues: economic, political, cultural, for artists the understanding of these issues as much as their role as creative people: the responsibility of the act of creation has to involve the artist in thinking about his act as he paint, sculpt, sing, write perform that he has a big responsibility to speak for his society and the world he lives in. for every brush stroke, chisel and other means of expression not only will write the history of his local contextual situations but that of existential aspects of societal day to day immediate matters and issues.

A participative cadence in the developmental world stage is needed with creative and progressive actions important to inspire every aspect of lives in order to deal realistically with Situations and comprehend their contexts. The artistic vocabulary in the current global development must not be only folkloric celebrations of local cultural values but extended to the global context of current happenings as this approach is a reflective element in regard to the local context, art has no boundaries or borders and creativity surpasses geographical limits. It is a universal element. Identities and cultural values of societies are important in their evolving process In that they have to stand the test of time into societies development and progressive paths and this has to be understood in the contextual aspects of the current lives of people.

Borders are not barriers rather directives of mutual respect of the very so said norms , rules, regulations, traditions. It is in this space that culture is imagined. Since creativity is both universal and is used in different societies to tackle matters of different sectors of life, art producers or artist have to consider it a key element in order to help societies in creating and recreating societies in fostering the future with engaging with existential need of human life. The palette of links and translations has a diverse chromatic layers, as it provides esthetic transcendent beauty it also give sense and essence with artistic means to human lives, society, and translates metaphors of life.
